First of all, I must clarify that my motive for writing this post is not self-indulgence, neither am I trying to fish for compliments. Instead, I’m basing VIVA’s 5 best blog posts of 2019 on the number of page views they’ve had over the last calendar year: a massive indicator of their relevance and interest to you, the reader.

After all, that’s what it’s all about. Through the VIVA blog, I’m constantly looking for new ways to engage my audience and not write for the sake of writing. Whether it be an article related to the state of the Costa del Sol / Spanish property market or a piece on lifestyle, I aim to be informative whilst at the same time share elements of my personality in my writing.

If you are a regular reader or have subscribed to the VIVA blog – the Costa del Sol’s most authoritative and up-to-date real estate journal – I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your readership in 2019.
