This new luxury villa development in Sierra Blanca is now completed

The construction of these luxury homes is now completed

Our best-known project of new luxury villas in Marbella is now finished. The construction is completed and in a short time, the new owners will be able to enjoy their new homes.

To give you an idea of how this new project is coming along, we have taken some photos that show in detail how the facilities and common areas are in their best condition, that is, as of today, everything is brand new.

Let's take a walk through urbanisation to see how it looks.

Common areas

Passage areas

The communal areas include passageways and paths leading to the different homes. The development, laid out like a small village, distributes the modern homes along two streets from which each residence is accessed. The sensation is like walking in the middle of nature, along paths impregnated with the fragrance of lavender, rosemary, laurel and agapanthus.

At sunset walking along these paths is quite a spectacle.

As you can see in the pictures there are still green areas to be covered, watering hoses and tools in the way... but it's nothing that time, water and the fantastic climate of the Costa del Sol won't fix.

Communal swimming pool

This is where we come to the best part, the pool area, surrounded by thick vegetation, provide some privacy but with plenty of space for a small green area, some Balinese beds, the showers and the fantastic crystal clear pool with sun loungers inside inviting you to enjoy the sun in the best way, in the water.

As you can see, the pool area is surrounded by a few houses and a cypress and star jasmine plant wall — a natural spectacle for summer afternoons and evenings.

Parking spaces

We are often asked what the parking spaces are like at Le Blanc, so we have taken some photos to give you an idea of the size of these spaces. As you may already know, each of these properties comes with 3 parking spaces.

Views

We were not going to miss the opportunity to photograph the stunning views from these fabulous homes, so here are a few of the sea views, where you can see Gibraltar, the ever-present La Concha mountain and the fabulous sunsets that the lucky owners of these homes will enjoy.
