With numerous stands featuring a wide range of Costa del Sol companies, from architecture, construction, home improvements and furniture… to interior and exterior design, real estate, lawyers, insurance, finance and more, over 1,300 people attended the fourth edition of the Home Fair Costa del Sol expo last weekend which, for the first time in its history was held in Marbella. And, if we do say so ourselves, it was VIVA’s adjacent exhibition stands – one showcasing Santa Barbara Heights in Mijas Costa and the other featuring Quabit Casares Golf between Estepona and Sotogrande that stole the show…

On the Santa Barbara Heights stand, visitors just couldn’t get enough of the developers’ stunning Virtual Reality Experience, while on the neighbouring stand it was the intricate 3D model of Quabit Casares Golf that was the centre of attention.

In addition to being able to get up close and personal with these two exceptional luxury new build developments, members of the VIVA team were also on hand to provide invaluable information and advice about living and owning property on the Costa del Sol, as well as assisting visitors interested in buying or selling a resale property.

Home Fair Costa del Sol highlights also included a series of well-attended free seminars, while the Ristorante Da Bruno refreshments area proved to be a hugely popular pit-stop all day long.
