VIVA Guadalmina office opens!

Our brand new office in the exclusive area of Guadalmina.

There’s just no stopping us as our expansion across the Coast continues –  I am delighted to announce the opening of our brand new office in Guadalmina!

It is proving to be a fantastic 2014 for VIVA, now with no fewer than 13 regional offices at strategic locations along the Costa del Sol and Inland too!One of the most sought-after and exclusive residential areas on the Costa del Sol, this will be the first time VIVA has opened an office in Guadalmina and we are, of course, thrilled to have a presence there.

A wonderful beachside neighbourhood, Guadalmina is centrally located midway between Marbella and Estepona, surrounded by premier golf courses and stunning scenery. It is a fantastic area with a highly individual market and we are looking forward to listing many fabulous properties and working with buyers and vendors alike.

Open Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm and Saturday 10am – 3pm, you’ll find us on the 1st floor above Supersol at C.C Guadalmina Alta.

The office is being managed and operated by Sales Manager, Alejandro Otero who has long experience of the real estate industry along the entire Coast. Our knowledgeable and professional team at the Guadalmina office also includes Sales Consultants, Francesca Jiménez, Nicholas Roberts and Carlos Mateo, ably assisted by Evelyn Valk (Customer Services), and Encarna Obanos (Vendor Services).
