I’m delighted to announce that we’ve just opened our doors in Elviria, Marbella – with what is the first of a series of brand new VIVA branch offices launching this summer.

VIVA’s upbeat approach and unique ability to adapt to prevailing market conditions mean that although the past few years have been pretty devastating for real estate agents on the Costa del Sol, our unswerving commitment to vendors, in-depth understanding of buyers’ needs and expectations, plus of course our innovative marketing have made expansion a necessity.

In fact, over the past 2 to 3 years, we’ve actually doubled… and then trebled our number of clients.

Following the opening of our Elviria office last Wednesday, work is already in progress on additional branch offices in Benalmádena, La Cala de Mijas and Nueva Andalucía. And it doesn’t stop there, because our strategic plans also include expansion westwards towards Sotogrande and inland too, while we’re also considering the possibility of opening an office in the centre of Málaga.

Like they say, success is 1 per cent inspiration and 99 per cent hard work and dedication. I think VIVA is proof of that. Throughout the entire economic crisis, we’ve stuck like glue to the core functions of a real estate agent which are to provide an exceptional service to vendors and buyers alike, and to remain true to our values and principles.

Having rebuilt a solid base over the last 3 to 4 years, we look forward to the future with enormous anticipation. We know that the next few years are going to be a hugely exciting time, and with our professional, considered and careful approach – as always allied to a positive attitude – VIVA will be at the very forefront of the Costa del Sol property market.
